1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We provide free standard shipping worldwide unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
Free shipping covers the standard delivery charge only. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other destination charges are not included unless expressly collected during checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 7–14 business days after payment is confirmed.
Customized products, large orders, holidays, or production delays may require additional time. Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed once preparation or production has begun.
3. Delivery and Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.
4. Address Responsibility
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a package, or failure to respond to the carrier or customs authority.
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.
5. Customs and Import Charges
The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges unless they were expressly included and collected during checkout.
Refusing or failing to collect a package because of customs charges does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.
