Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at 輝夜兎.

We have a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. You must also provide your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the authorized return address, packaging requirements, and shipping instructions.

Please do not send an item back without prior approval. Do not return an item to the address shown on the original parcel, as the correct return address may vary depending on the product. Unauthorized returns may not be received, identified, or refunded.

For returns caused by a change of mind or by selecting the wrong design, version, fabric, or size, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, a confirmed product defect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If an item is defective, seriously damaged, missing, or different from the product, design, fabric, or size ordered, please contact us promptly so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photos of the complete product
• Clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item
• Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
• An unboxing video, when available

If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from our error, a manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us when the return is caused by a confirmed error or defect on our side.

3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items and situations are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Products specially customized or personalized according to the customer’s instructions
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, stained, damaged, cut, or altered
• Items with missing tags, accessories, or original packaging
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
• Opened personal-care or hygiene products that cannot be resold
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Reasonable color differences caused by screens, lighting, fabric texture, or printing processes
• Reasonable measurement differences of approximately 1–3 cm
• Minor differences in print positioning, cropping, stitching, or color that do not affect normal use
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Items that no longer meet the return eligibility requirements

Sale or promotional items are subject to the return conditions displayed on the relevant product page. Participation in a promotion does not automatically remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Please contact us before returning an item if you are unsure whether it is eligible.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to request a return for the original item. After the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the correct design, version, fabric, or size.

If the original item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will assist with a replacement or exchange when appropriate.

5. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If an order is delivered to the European Union and the transaction is covered by applicable EU consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

The item must remain in substantially the same condition as received and must not have been unnecessarily used, washed, damaged, or altered. You must also provide proof of purchase.

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized products, or other items excluded under applicable law.

Our 30-day return-request period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. If this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable legal requirements will prevail.

6. Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Depending on the condition of the item and the reason for the return, the refund amount may exclude:

• Return shipping costs payable by the customer
• Any reduction in value caused by use, damage, alteration, or inadequate return packaging
• Original shipping charges, unless applicable law requires otherwise

7. Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable in the customer’s country or region.
