Available Sizes

Choose the same nominal size as your pillow cover. For example, a 50 × 160 cm pillow cover should be paired with a 50 × 160 cm pillow inner.
The pillow inner and pillow cover should be the same size.
After unpacking, gently shake and fluff the pillow inner to help restore its intended shape and fullness.
Filling Options
Everyday Care
Use the pillow inner with a removable pillow cover to help keep it clean and protected during everyday use.
Recommended Care
- Gently fluff and rotate the pillow inner regularly.
- Spot clean small marks using a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Allow the pillow inner to air dry completely after cleaning.
- Keep it in a dry and well-ventilated area.
- After unpacking, allow approximately 24–48 hours for the filling to expand and recover.
- Follow the care label attached to the product when available.
Do Not
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless the product care label specifically permits it.
- Do not use bleach or harsh chemical cleaners.
- Do not iron the pillow inner.
- Do not expose it to flames or strong heat sources.
- Do not store it while damp.
- Avoid keeping the pillow inner tightly compressed for long periods.

- Pillow inners may be compressed or vacuum-packed to reduce package size during shipping.
- Remote destinations and customs inspections may require additional delivery time.

- Keep the original product and shipping packaging.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs or video.
- Do not use, wash, alter, or discard the product before contacting customer support.
- Do not return the product without receiving written approval and the authorized return address.
- Return and refund eligibility follows our published Return and Refund Policy.
Opened or used pillow inners may not qualify for return for hygiene reasons where permitted by applicable law. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for confirmed defects.
