Discount & Event Terms
- Order savings are based on the eligible merchandise subtotal before discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Orders under $100 do not qualify for order savings.
- Returning customer rewards are based on the amount paid for merchandise in previous completed orders, excluding shipping, taxes and refunded amounts. Your current order is not included.
- Each category uses its highest qualifying rate. The two rates are added together: 5% + 5% = 10%, 5% + 10% = 15%, and 10% + 10% = 20% off.
- Use the same email address as your previous orders so we can identify your purchase history. Contact us before payment if your reward is missing.
- The first-order 10% welcome code, when available, is valid once and cannot be combined with everyday savings or other discounts.
- Seasonal promotions follow the terms announced for each event.
- All thresholds are in USD. Check your final discount at checkout before completing payment.
